Allegiant Business Group seeks an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to drive new business in a local territory and train fellow reps in the field. This boots-on-the-ground role is a 1099 contractor engagement, blending sales with leadership responsibilities.

You will spend time meeting business owners, delivering benefit presentations, and mentoring 20–75+ attendee groups while growing your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Proven outside/B2B sales success.
• Experience mentoring or coaching field reps.
• Strong presentation skills in 1:1 and groups.

Responsabilités

• Sell in assigned territory to business owners and employee groups.
• Deliver benefit presentations and train newer reps through ride-alongs.
• Conduct coaching sessions, role-plays and debriefs for reps.
• Develop training materials and playbooks for field use.
• Collaborate with leadership to set activity goals and improve conversions.
• Maintain own client portfolio while aiding team growth.
