NAPA Auto Parts in Little Rock, AR seeks a Tools & Equipment Technical Sales Specialist to drive tools and equipment sales through NAPA stores and end-user accounts. The role focuses on market-specific programs and relationships within the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with store decision makers, perform account reviews, lead generation, and ensure product knowledge and training to customers while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Sales management experience in the automotive aftermarket or tools industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities with store and distribution centers.
• Coordinate with T&E account support for orders and billing adjustments.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
