Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Tools & Equipment Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Little Rock area. You will generate and increase sales through NAPA stores and end user accounts, coordinating market-driving programs at street level within your territory.

The role requires strong relationship building, strategic selling, and the ability to travel up to 75% to meet customers and align store and distribution center teams with solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Sales management experience in automotive aftermarket or tools and equipment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
