Job summary

Metrohm USA is seeking a Titration Sales Representative to lead and grow a territory including Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia. Based in the Richmond area, you will drive the full sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and deliver technical demos to pharmaceutical, chemical and food/beverage customers.

The role requires a chemistry degree, 3+ years of technical sales experience, and knowledge of titration equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical and capital equipment sales, preferably to analytical laboratories.
• Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to exceed growth targets.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to technical and executive audiences.
• Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth.
