Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Lab Sales Representative to drive Laboratory Division product sales through the distributor network in a defined Virginia territory. You will be the primary company contact, promoting products with integrity and building strong dealer relationships.

The role requires ERP/CRM fluency (SAP preferred), MS Office proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication. You will train dealers, plan shows, track leads, and collaborate with home office and service teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences; 2+ years sales experience in scientific instruments preferred.
• Significant ERP/CRM experience; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior groups.
• Interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strategic thinking within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets by promoting METTLER TOLEDO products through direct account calls and dealer collaboration.
• Plan and prioritize selling activities to maximize coverage of accounts and territory.
• Conduct and support trade shows, seminars, and other events; assist other sales reps as needed.
• Train dealer personnel on product applications, specifications, and company policies.
• Identify and develop current and future accounts; maintain dealer records in SAP.
