Job summary

NetCost Market is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in South Plainfield, NJ to drive sales in a defined geographic area. The role focuses on achieving KPI objectives and executing company strategies at the retail level with independence and accountability.

You will leverage data-driven tools to optimize assortments, planograms, displays, and promotions, while building contracts and partnerships that grow both retailer and company revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift 40lbs.
• 2+ years selling experience.
• CPG/retail sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to walk for long periods daily.

Responsibilities

• Leverage fact-based selling to target Key Decision Makers and priorities.
• Customize selling tools to achieve orders and sustainable growth.
• Sell in contracts supporting distribution, shelving and merchandising objectives.
• Measure territory KPIs, identify gaps and drive solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for merchandising initiatives.
