Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Territory Manager to build and nurture customer relationships, drive sales, and expand our presence in Gloucester County, NJ. You will conduct proactive account management, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

The role emphasizes field-based, team-oriented selling with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Foodservice/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and cold call to develop new business.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals.
• Flight to use CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture customer relationships in a team-based selling model.
• Educate customers on ordering platforms and provide menu consultations and pricing strategies.
• Drive sales through presentations, case growth, and new business acquisition.
• Collaborate with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service for delivery.
• Identify prospective customers using market intelligence and trade show participation.
• Manage deliveries per routing schedule and troubleshoot order issues.
• Stay informed on market conditions, products, and competitors.
