Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Boston, MA area. You will be on the road daily meeting with contractors, engineers and owners, driving growth of our value-added products and expanding Victaulic's market share.

You will develop business plans, map opportunities, lead quotes with internal teams, and deliver lunch-and-learn sessions to educate customers on Victaulic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with value-added products in commercial construction or PVF.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Able to lift up to 50+ pounds and work in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic's product line and how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Develop a business plan with opportunity mapping, sales goals, and product promotion plans.
• Coordinate quotation gathering and lead internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners in the territory.
• Deliver lunch-and-learn presentations to engineers on Victaulic products.
