Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive sales and operational performance in a designated convenience store territory. You will nurture relationships with store owners and managers, ensure product availability, and promote brand growth while coordinating with internal teams.

This role requires travel, regular site visits, and ongoing monitoring of sales performance and customer satisfaction to sustain regional growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Sales Management: develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet revenue goals and grow market share.
Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, operators, and managers, including on-call support.
Product Distribution & Merchandising: oversee product placement and inventory levels; coordinate deliveries and merchandising standards.
Team Collaboration & Reporting: work with sales, marketing, and operations to execute promotions; provide forecasts and feedback.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: track KPIs, address underperforming accounts, stay updated on industry trends.
