Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking a Senior Field Manager, C-Store to drive sales performance across a national convenience-channel network. You will lead a team of customer-facing reps and the Field Manager, C-Store, coaching them toward program goals and market insights.

You will recruit and hire a committed sales team, engage distributor partners and retailers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies. This role requires travel and remote work capabilities.

Qualifications

• College degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business is strongly preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience leading a team in a business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for field team and clients, with deep knowledge of market trends.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities by brand and region.
• Develop quarterly business plans with field leadership and account teams.
• Produce regular performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Lead field execution to achieve business objectives and KPI targets.
