Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales or territory management experience in C-store/retail or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of territory management, merchandising, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue goals and grow market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue accounts to expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales trends and feedback to improve products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners, operators, and managers; be the primary contact for inquiries.
• Oversee product placement, inventory levels, and merchandising in stores within the territory.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers to improve knowledge and drive sales.
• Provide regular forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback to area management.
