Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners LP is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to oversee sales and operations within a designated c-store region. You will build relationships with store owners and managers, ensure product availability, and promote brand growth while coordinating with internal teams to execute promotions and improve performance.

You will travel frequently within the territory, manage inventory and merchandising, and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of sales or territory management experience in C-store/retail/consumer goods preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of convenience store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan to achieve revenue goals and grow market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts to expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Analyze competitors' activities and market conditions to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers, including being on-call to stores during business hours, nights and weekends.
• Oversee product placement, inventory levels, and merchandising standards in all stores within the territory.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts, and manage deliveries.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers to improve product knowledge and drive sales.
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback to area management.
