Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive sales and operational performance within a designated Virginia region. You will build relationships with store owners and managers, ensure product availability, and promote brand growth across a network of convenience stores.

The role requires frequent travel, on-site store visits, and collaboration with internal teams to implement sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service across all accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of sales or territory management experience in convenience store, retail, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of convenience store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan to achieve revenue goals and grow market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including store owners, operators, and managers.
• Oversee product placement, inventory levels, and merchandising standards in all stores within the territory.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts, and manage deliveries.
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback to area management.
• Assist in developing territory-specific marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
