Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Territory Manager to supervise and optimize day-to-day c-store operations within their territory. You will lead general managers, drive store profits, and uphold customer service standards while ensuring environmental compliance.

We value a candidate with progressive multi-unit retail experience (3+ years), strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 95% weekly is expected in this role, with a BA/BS preferred and competitive salary and

Qualifications

• Progressive retail experience is required.
• Progressive experience managing multi-unit retail, restaurant, or service organizations (3+ years).
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of C-store sites.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, coaching and following the progressive discipline model for store managers.
• Review competitive price surveys daily.
• Maintain fuel inventory records and report variances.
• Implement and execute all company promotions.
• Maintain image standards and surveys.
• Address environment, maintenance issues and unusual occurrences.
• Ensure monthly promotions are on site and advertised.
• Perform monthly maintenance inspections on locations.
• Manage vendor relations, contracts and promotions.
• Coordinate between departments and store personnel.
• Monitor inventory and cash controls across locations.
• Handle escalated customer complaints when necessary.
• Review profit and loss reports for accuracy and control expenses.
• Own location performance, behavior and presence.
