Makita USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own revenue growth within a defined geographic region. You will lead sales execution, manage distributor partners, and drive product launches with field teams.

This role requires strong communication, plan development, and hands-on customer engagement across job sites and facilities. Travel within the territory is regular, with occasional regional and national travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–7 years of field sales experience (industrial, construction, or durable goods preferred).
• Proven track record of quota attainment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver annual revenue, market share, and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned to district and regional objectives.
• Grow existing accounts through relationship expansion and product penetration.
• Drive demand creation through jobsite visits, product demonstrations, and training events.
• Coordinate with distributor sales teams to build advocacy and product knowledge.
