Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by bringing a fully stocked mobile store to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face engagement to build a robust customer base across multiple sectors.

You will present products via the mobile store, ensure the store’s cleanliness and operation, and diligently submit daily reports on sales and calls. Independence and goal attainment are valued traits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route/industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenured background; no job hopping; ideally ≤3 employers in last 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects and call on cold and warm prospects; face-to-face visits.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage Operations: keep your mobile store clean, functional, and well-marketed; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
