• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with hospital/clinical environments and sales processes.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets.
• Defines and develops sustainable new business opportunities.
• Builds and maintains sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts.
• Performs product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required or requested.
• Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual plans designed to meet revenue targets.
• Develops and maintains excellence in clinical knowledge and territory management.
• As requested, deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners.
• Present sales modules and training curriculum at new hire trainings and meetings.
• Control expenses within territory budgets according to BD policies.
• Maintains open, positive lines of communication with sales team and home office.
• Attend and represent BD at medical conferences.
• Travel as required; perform additional duties as assigned.
