Job summary

TELA Bio, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager for Sacramento/North Bay Area, CA (Medical Device Sales).

You will drive sales of the OviTex portfolio by building relationships with surgeons, hospital admins and nursing staff, and by presenting complex clinical data to support product choices. The role requires educating physicians on patient and hospital benefits, planning for both short-term revenue and long-term growth, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and the commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the life science industry.
• Experience with biologics or biologic implants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on benefits of OviTex and proper techniques.
• Communicate complex clinical data to support product selection.
• Develop business plans to meet short-term revenue and long-term opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM with hospital and surgeon information.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and commercial teams.
