Job summary

Diversatek Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager for its Northern California GI devices portfolio. You will sell to hospitals, endoscopy centers, and ambulatory surgery centers, engaging nursing staff and physicians at multiple levels.

The role emphasizes hunting for new revenue, managing existing accounts, and delivering high-level customer service. The position requires 1–2 years of medical sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required – GPA 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrated track record of performing above quota.
• 1–2 years of medical sales experience.
• Positive attitude and a highly competitive drive.
• Dedication to continual self-improvement through frequent feedback and coaching.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Up to 50% travel, with frequent travel outside the local area and overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Applicants must reside in the posted territory or relocate at own expense.
• Meet facility credentialing requirements in your territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians.
• Leverage CRM to maintain records of customers.
• Build and expand long-standing customer relationships with best-in-class service.
• Discuss product fit and communicate value proposition to meet customers’ goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing portfolio across markets and products.
• Coordinate internal communications across departments.
• Attend trade shows and conferences in territory.
• Work with Business Development Specialists to coordinate opportunities.
