TELA Bio, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager for the Bay Area, CA to drive sales of the OviTex portfolio in hospitals and with surgeons.

You will build relationships with surgeons, administrators and staff to ensure appropriate use of FDA-cleared products and communicate complex clinical data to support informed product selection. The role requires field-based work, travel up to 50%, and close collaboration with marketing, service and commercial teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 3+ years of sales experience in life sciences.
• Experience in hernia repair, abdominal wall reconstruction or plastic/soft tissue reconstruction preferred

Mansioni

• Educate physicians on OviTex benefits and technique.
• Communicate complex clinical data to guide product selection.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and commercial development.
• Develop business plans to meet short-term revenue and long-term growth.
• Maintain CRM with hospital and surgeon data.
• Share best practices in national/regional meetings.
