Job summary

Steffes Group, a technology-driven, internationally recognized auction company, is expanding in Colorado and looking for a field salesperson to build the company’s presence. You will meet contractors and owners, evaluate equipment, and guide sellers through auctions to maximize outcomes.

No prior auction experience is required; you will be trained. You will travel across Colorado, develop seller relationships, and represent Steffes Group as the local face of the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience around construction equipment, heavy equipment, trucking, or related industries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Enjoy being on the road and meeting customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractors, business owners, equipment dealers, lenders, attorneys, and industry professionals across Colorado.
• Develop new seller relationships through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and in-person visits.
• Guide sellers through the auction process from first conversation through final settlement.
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
