Shaw Sports Turf is seeking a Territory Development Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This field sales role focuses on expanding market coverage, co-selling with an experienced manager, and progressing toward independent territory ownership.

The position involves training, hands-on territory development, and close collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure a strong customer experience. Portland or Eugene living is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the territory.
• Willingness to learn technical products and a complex sales process.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with owners, architects, contractors, dealers, and end users.
• Identify and advance project opportunities within the assigned market.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product education.
• Maintain accounts, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Represent Shaw Sports Turf at trade shows and events.
