Shaw Industries Group Inc. is seeking a Shaw Sports Turf Territory Development Manager for the Nebraska/Iowa region. This field sales role expands market coverage while training towards independent Territory Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
Living in the territory preferably Omaha.
Demonstrated relationship-building, communication, presentation, organization and follow-through skills.
Ability to learn technical products, construction concepts, and a complex project-based sales process.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with owners, architects, contractors, dealers, end users and influencers.
Identify, qualify, document and advance project opportunities within the market.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product education.
Support specifications, RFIs, substitutions, estimates, proposals and follow-up within authority.
Maintain accurate accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
Build territory coverage plans using market mapping and competitive intel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience.
Represent Shaw Sports Turf at trade shows and events.
