Shaw Sports Turf, part of Shaw Industries Group, Inc., seeks a Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with end-use customers and develop partners in the assigned territory. You will present Shaw’s solutions, educate stakeholders, and proactively pursue new project opportunities while traveling within the market scope.

Ideal candidates have a background in athletic industry sales, a professional presentation style, and the ability to work across multiple time zones with a remote support

Qualifications

• 5 years' outside sales experience or equivalent training.
• Must reside within territory; 50–75% travel.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in athletic field construction, public sector, and athletic industry.

Responsabilités

• Use a consultative approach with end users, distributors, contractors, architects, engineers to select suitable systems.
• Establish and maintain relationships and grow distribution partners.
• Present Shaw’s products to end users and educate stakeholders.
• Travel throughout the territory to call on customers and prospects.
• Attend regional and national conventions when required.
• Build relationships with customers through events and entertainment.
• Maintain CRM data and manage territory across time zones.
• Understand product line, procurement, and sports field construction.
• Interface with diverse customers professionally.
• Navigate long sales cycles with a solutions mindset.
