Job summary

Shaw Sports Turf is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the designated territory in the United States. You will advocate for Shaw Turf solutions, build lasting relationships with distributors and end users, and lead presentations to boards, facilities teams, architects, and engineers.

Expect 50%–75% travel with remote work support. A strong outside sales background in sports or athletic facilities is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 5 years outside sales experience or equivalent training.
• Willingness to travel 50%–75% and reside within the territory.
• Must be able to work remotely within the assigned territory and manage CRM activity.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach with end users, distributors, contractors, architects, engineers, and others to select systems that fit usage, budget, and timeframes.
• Establish and maintain relationships and grow distribution partners.
• Present to end users and stakeholders to educate on Shaw Sports Turf benefits.
• Travel throughout the territory to call on customers and prospect new ones.
