Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co. is seeking a field sales professional to manage and expand key customer accounts within the assigned territory. You will grow current customer sales, prospect new clients, and present products to close profitable deals while building long-term relationships.

The role requires collaborating with Marketing and other departments, forecasting sales, and delivering training on new parts. Travel to customer sites is expected to support business development.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years outside sales experience required.
• 1-3 years business development experience preferred.
• Experience in assigned sales channel or customer base is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow current customer sales through diverse activities.
• Develop new customers by prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing profitable sales.
• Deliver presentations and close sales with existing and new customers.
• Monitor sales activities and develop action plans to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop plans and strategies for profitable growth.
