Job summary

ViaPath is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to join the Field Services team in Henderson, KY. You will perform remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and ensure system reliability, traveling to multiple sites as needed.

Under supervision, you will admin kiosk service, pull cables, install telephony hardware, and troubleshoot to support Technical Support. A strong emphasis on service excellence and safety is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2–4 years of related experience.
Experience troubleshooting, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and related software.
Proficient with telephony and networking, incl. copper, CAT5/6, and fiber wiring.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

Serve as a positive ambassador for ViaPath at customer sites.
Ensure overall service of ViaPath products at assigned sites.
Plan and prioritize service calls, communicate updates, escalate issues as needed.
Interact professionally with customers and maintain relationships.
Replace telephony hardware and network components; basic maintenance.
