Job summary

ViaPath is seeking a Telecommunications Site Technician to join the Field Services team. Working largely independently, you will perform remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services for ViaPath products at customer sites within an assigned Eastern PA territory.

Base location is Leesport, PA with travel to multiple client sites daily. Responsibilities include service at customer sites, wiring and hardware replacement, and collaboration with Technical Support for issue

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting, data collection, facts and conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Provide remedial repairs, preventive maintenance and system reliability services.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components; pull cable and install devices.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed; communicate updates to customers.
