Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Telecommunications Site Technician to join the Field Services team. You will travel to client sites across the Eastern PA region, perform repair and preventive maintenance, and serve as a customer-facing representative focused on service excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of related experience, proficiency with Windows OS, telephony and networking, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide remedial repair and maintenance at client sites.
• Serve as ambassador for ViaPath with customers.
• Plan, prioritize and communicate updates for service calls.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network components, and tablet functionality.
• Return damaged equipment per RMAs.
