Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across the United States.

You’ll train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs, and you'll recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs. You will work inside and outside environments, including pole climbing and ladder work, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Must complete required safety training.

Responsabilités

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Operate and use test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to meet customers’ needs.
• Work indoors and outdoors, including pole climbing and ladder work.
