Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills.
• Listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches.
• Strong drive to succeed and sell to prospective customers.
• Travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Familiarity with computers and devices (PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, set-top converters, wireless devices).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, driving record, and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and development.
• Achieve monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights to management.
