Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Georgia to connect customers with Spectrum's high-speed data and communication services. You will meet face-to-face with prospective residential customers, explain offerings, and guide decisions.

You will travel in your assigned territory, work outdoors most of the time, and earn a base salary plus incentives that can lead to total compensation over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in outside sales.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager.
