Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and represent our telecommunication services. You will drive growth by visiting prospects, performing needs analyses, and delivering tailored proposals.

Expect to work primarily outdoors, with a base salary supplemented by incentives that can push total compensation beyond $100,000 annually. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to travel to assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including orders and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and growth.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights to your manager.
