Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities, present Spectrum’s offerings, and drive growth. You will visit leads, tailor recommendations, and close sales across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.

Expect a 90% outdoor work profile with occasional office presence and travel requirements. The role offers a base salary with lucrative incentives, potential total compensation over $100,000 annually, plus free and discounted Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to listen and tailor pitches.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights.
