Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and represent our high‑speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. The role emphasizes face‑to‑face customer engagement, needs analysis, and tailored proposals to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights to your manager.
