Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You will work outdoors, presenting proposals, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires evenings/weekends availability and a valid driver’s license, with base pay plus incentives aiming to exceed $100,000 total compensation for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
