Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and promote Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions through direct, face-to-face interactions. You will represent trusted products while driving growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus lucrative incentives, with total compensation potentially exceeding $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales drive and ability to close deals
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services
