Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities with high‑speed data and communication solutions. You’ll meet with prospective residential customers, present Spectrum’s offerings, and drive growth in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include needs analyses, tailored proposals, and accurate documentation. This role offers a base salary plus incentives with total compensation potential over $100,000 per year, plus free and discounted Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses and tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Hit monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors and report insights to management.
