Job summary

Charter Communications invites you to join its Spectrum Outside Sales team in the United States. You will meet with prospective customers, present Spectrum's offerings, and tailor proposals to individual needs. You must be able to travel, work evenings/weekends, and excel in a commission-driven environment.

The role emphasizes customer connection, territory growth, and accurate sales documentation, with a strong focus on meeting monthly targets across data, mobile, landline, and TV services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
