Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal and communication skills; strong drive to sell.
• Willingness to travel locally and use a personal vehicle; valid license & insurance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation: dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to meet team goals and develop professionally.
• Aim to achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors within the territory and report insights to the manager.
