Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow residential customer base in your territory. You’ll present Spectrum’s high-speed data, TV, mobile and voice solutions through face-to-face meetings and tailored proposals.

You’ll work ~90% outdoors, with a base salary plus commissions aiming for strong total compensation and eligibility for Spectrum service perks. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face outreach to customers.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report to manager
