Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in various weather
• Ability to listen, assess needs and propose solutions
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum's offerings
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect
• Present compelling sales proposals aligning with customer needs and Spectrum solutions
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting)
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and growth
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and report to your manager
