Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and drive adoption of Spectrum’s high-speed data and telecom services. You will visit assigned leads, analyze needs, and present tailored proposals to increase customer access and satisfaction.

You’ll work outdoors primarily, with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The role includes a base salary plus strong incentives, with total compensation potential exceeding $100,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, entry and reporting.
