Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with your community, presenting Spectrum’s high-speed data, TV and mobile services through face-to-face engagements in customers’ neighborhoods. The role offers a strong base salary plus commissions, with total compensation potential over $100,000 annually.

You’ll travel within your territory, complete sales documentation, and participate in trainings to grow with Spectrum.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel locally with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within the territory and report findings.
