Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities with Spectrum’s high-speed services. The role is largely field-based, spending about 90% of time outdoors and requiring travel to assigned territories.

You will build relationships, analyze needs, and present tailored proposals, aiming to meet monthly targets across data, mobile, landline, and video services. Base salary plus incentives can push total compensation above $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and strong drive to sell.
• Able to travel to assigned territories and company facilities; evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
