Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our residential customer base. You will present Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions through face-to-face interactions in assigned territories.

Expect a base salary plus incentives, with total compensation potentially exceeding $100,000 annually. You may travel locally, work evenings/weekends, and enjoy Spectrum service benefits as you build a long-term career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and communicate insights to management.
