Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage directly with communities, securing new residential customers and expanding access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and voice solutions. The role requires driving, travel to territories, and delivering tailored proposals in a fast-paced field environment.

You will build relationships, meet monthly targets, and participate in ongoing training while benefiting from Spectrum’s competitive base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and professional development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services including high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video.
