Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in needs-based selling and presenting proposals.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Own a reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of sales or related work experience.
• Knowledge of cable or telecom services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Perform needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all sales documentation including orders.
• Attend sales meetings and training to meet team goals.
• Meet monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities in your territory.
