Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Dayton to connect residents with Spectrum’s high-speed data and communications services. You’ll visit assigned leads, perform needs analyses, and present tailored proposals to drive signups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor recommendations for each customer
• Present compelling proposals matching customer needs and Spectrum solutions
• Complete sales documentation including orders and reporting
• Participate in meetings and trainings to support team goals
• Achieve monthly targets across Spectrum services
• Monitor competitive activity in territory and report insights to manager
