Job summary

Spectrum, a leading communications provider, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Findlay, OH. You will engage residents face-to-face, presenting Spectrum’s high-speed data and voice solutions while expanding access to services.

The role is outdoors-heavy with some field travel, offering a base salary plus lucrative incentives that can push total compensation over $100,000 annually. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning and order entry.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
